So recently I had a technical difficulties episode where I discovered that my ISP’s DNS was blocking all .tk top level domains. Though this is fine as I can just change my DNS server, this shuts out my site to thousands of people, potentially. On top of that, .tk email addresses are often blocked by spam filters.
Despite enjoying the free domain name and how integrates well with the brand name, it would be prudent to switch over to polysthetic.com which I can at least own. The site has been copied over fully and when it’s stable, I’ll redirect traffic from the .tk domain to the .com domain.
